The room was infested with bugs, making it impossible to relax, and the staff's indifference to our complaints was disheartening.

So the location is prime, right in the heart of the action! Breakfast was a solid spread with light salads and tasty options. The staff were pleasant and helped me navigate the local scene, which was a bonus!
But lemme tell ya, my room was a bit of a disappointment! It was old and dingy with some funky smells. Plus, I had the issue of a rude receptionist who charged extra just to store my bag before check-in. Super unchill vibes.

excellent spot for walking to parks and cultural landmarks
I really appreciated the quick walk to the beautiful Municipal Theater and the nearby Metropolitan Cathedral, which made my weekend explorations so enjoyable while taking in all that Rio has to offer. The subway station is only a few steps away for easy access to other parts of the city.

Had a great time with friends! The location is perfect for exploring local spots. We enjoyed visiting the Complex of Sports of Fluminense Football Club and also strolled down Rua Barata Ribeiro. The beds were comfy, and the breakfast offered plenty of delicious options that set us up for the day.
One downside was the Wi-Fi, which was painfully slow. We had issues with cleanliness, especially with the towels and sheets. Definitely a letdown when you're expecting comfort after a long day out.
